This well-established Legal 200 law firm in Southampton is currently looking for a Insolvency Solicitor/Associate to join its recognised team, in this key placement. You will be provided with all the support and development to help grow and develop the department. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. You will be acting for qualified insolvency practitioner accountants as well as lenders, businesses and individuals.
Your role as a Insolvency Solicitor / Associate will involve:
- Handling work that involves both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and business recovery related work
- Being able to business develop in order to bring new clients in
