Job Details

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinical negligence fee earner (qualified or non-qualified) to join this Legal 500 listed practice based in Manchester and deal with a litigated caseload of multi track matters.

You will be expected to deal with a litigated caseload of complex matters such as brain injury, birth defect, cerebral palsy, spinal injury and delayed diagnosis matters. You must have experience of running your own caseload of litigated clinical negligence claims and have gained at least 2 years' prior experience. If you are an NQ then you must have experience clinical negligence in at least one of your training contract seats.

You will be joining a small department but one that has a strong presence in the legal market and is lead by regionally recognised Partners in the North. You will be afforded the opportunity to progress and develop your career whilst dealing with a high quality of work with a long-standing referrer network providing a steady and reliable source of claims.
