A leading South Buckinghamshire law firm is currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor due to an influx of working coming through in their growing department.
Operating for 50 years within the Buckinghamshire region, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
You will be dealing with all aspects of private client work including drafting Wills and Trusts including drafting freehand should the necessity arise, provide Inheritance tax advice and dealing with simple and complex estate administration including agricultural estates, insolvent estates and mediating between combatant executors.
The successful candidate will ideally be at least 5 years PQE, however those outside of this banding will be considered should they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm with a background of good training. Candidates that are STEP qualified or that are working towards it will have a significant advantage.
