Job Details
My client is an established law firm based in the Peterborough area who are currently recruiting for a Litigation Solicitor to join a highly established law firm.
The Key Responsibilities for the Litigation Solicitor included:
- Advising on common law and statutory property claims, including breach of covenants, injunctions, removal of trespassers, landlord and tenant disputes and boundary disputes.
- Having experience in other forms of commercial litigation such as regulatory, contentious probate, shareholder and partnership disputes and employment litigation would be a huge advantage.
- Providing legal advice to a range of clients, including negotiation and drafting of documentation.
- Managing client/matter files.
- Managing fee income and collection of bills.
The Ideal Litigation Solicitor will have:
- Be qualified from NQ up to 8 years PQE.
- Experience working in previous litigation departments across a range of matters.
- Able to work within a team.
- Able to work independently.
