A modern legal 500 and chambers listed commercial firm are on the lookout for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their highly regarded team.
The ideal candidate will ideally be NQ-2 years PQE and will have completed a seat in a respected corporate and commercial team as part of your training contract or be currently working within a corporate & Commercial team.
Matters that the department work on include things like mergers & acquisitions,share sales, company restructuring and commercial contracts matters. The firms clients range from PLCs to owner managed businesses and start ups across many different sectors.
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but will be highly competitive and as part of an overall package.
