THE FIRM:
Our client is a full service national law firm ranked as a leader in both the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 directories.
THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for a charities lawyer to join a rapidly growing charities team successfully developing their charity and education sectors within their Bristol office.
You will provide a wide range of advisory work on charity governance, regulatory and be involved in charity formations, mergers, collaborations and other transactions as well as advisory work on charity regulation.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a charity lawyer with at least NQ-1PQE and a strong academic background from a top regional or a well-regarded national firm.
You will ideally have an understanding of charity law with the ability to draft legal documents that are clear and concise.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who has a real interest in advising charity clients and an ability to do so in a commercial manner.
