This full service law firm is eager to appoint a Childcare Solicitor to join the firms' Family Team and be based at the firms' office in the heart of Lancashire.

The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor and Children's Panel Member to help grow the department from its existing size. You will need to have a minimum of 6 years' experience of undertaking childcare work and will also be a Children's Panel Member as well as have experience of undertaking guardianship work.

You will be skilled providing advice and representation in all aspects of childcare matters given that you will have conduct of a varied and technically complex caseload which will include dealing with childcare proceedings, Special Guardianship Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Care Orders and matters involving adoption and it goes without saying that you will have solid advocacy experience as well.

What is important to succeed in this role is that you will not only be ambitious, enthusiastic, have excellent client care skills and have a desire to further develop your career but you will be keen to develop your practice area further to enable you to enhance the firms' standing in the market with a view to develop the work & team size in the future.
