Job Details
One of the most regarded claimant insurance firms in Cardiff city centre, have an exciting new opening for an experienced Solicitor or Associate to join their well regarded Industrial Disease Team.
The existing Industrial Disease team currently deal with an array of Disease matters, and they have a large client base and are known in the market for their outstanding level of service. It is expected that you'll have a minimum of two years' experience in a fee earner capacity, where you'll have gained strong skills, and have handled a litigated caseload of industrial disease matters.
The caseload will be predominantly litigated high value Industrial Disease matters and will be varied. You will see each claim through from instruction through to completion with little to no supervision, but there will be team support to provide guidance and training on more complex files if need be.
