A very special opportunity has arisen with a Leicester firm to head up and develop the firm's Litigation arm, helping shape the future placements of the department. You could be a qualified solicitor to legal executive.
 
Initially, you would be joining a very small team - just you and a paralegal, however the plan would be to grow the team and the presence of the firm regionally. 
 
You can expect to handle a wide range of Litigation including commercial and civil litigation, property litigation, commercial contract litigation, some public sector and local authority litigation matters, and some insurance litigation work. Also the firm are building up their contentious probate offering and a background in that work would be seen as advantageous.
 
The vacancy has arisen because someone is relocating out of the area, which means that there will be clients to work with immediately.
 
This Leicester based firm are extremely supportive and have a good reputation for their level of staff retention.

It is anticipated the role would be suitable for solicitors at 5+ years PQE.
