Job Title: Locum Commercial Lawyer

Job description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a higher education body in the North West on a temporary, part time basis.
The successful candidate will be dealing with:
- Commercial contracts, including international commercial agreements
- Consumer law and student contracts
- IT contracts including large scale IT development projects
- Information security
- Procurement law
- Data protection & freedom of information
- Joint ventures
- Collaboration agreements
- Research agreements
- Intellectual property law
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Lawyers looking for a new and exciting challenge. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years PQE working within a commercial environment.
Salary: £30-40 per hour
