Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/CLC

An award winning Legal 500 listed regional practice is keen to appoint an additional experienced residential conveyancer to join its expanding team and occupy a key position within its very strong and well-respected Residential Property Team.

Based in the heart of Coventry, this firm is a full-service practice and is regarded as one of the leading firms in city. The firm is held in high esteem in the locality and provides the full range of legal services to individuals and commercial entities alike and is a regular contributor to a number of charitable initiatives within the area.

The Residential Property Team is enjoying a period of growth due to an influx of instructions and so it is seeking to strengthen its offering with the hire of an additional qualified residential conveyancing practitioner to handle a varied caseload of good quality residential property matters. The firm is keen to speak with those who have anything from 2 to 6 years' PQE and who can demonstrate solid conveyancing experience and who is proficient in dealing with the full remit of residential property matters. Due to commitments to the firms' existing longstanding and loyal client base, there is a requirement for the role holder to be qualified and so the firm is inviting applications from those who are qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or a licensed conveyancer.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Department and, in addition to file handling, you will also be afforded the opportunity to participate in business development activities to open up new revenue streams. You will have access to high quality work from a well-established client base and you will enjoy support from secretaries and paralegals to enable you to focus on getting the job done rather than being tied down by administration.

The firm is offering a competitive salary along with a very good benefits package which includes a bonus scheme, childcare vouchers, subsidised parking along with an abundance of progression opportunities. The practice is proud to boast a very friendly and down to earth culture and very much looks to promote from within, so this is a great opportunity for those who are looking for a traditional conveyancing role that is a world away from a high-volume environment. The firm is also able to offer some flexibility with the working pattern as it does not operate a strictly "9 to 5" environment so there is scope to fit the role around any outside commitments that might already be in place.

This is a very good opportunity to join on the strongest firms in the area and enjoy the security and stability which this firm is able to boast so for more information on this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer role please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.
