Job Details
If you are a qualified residential conveyancer (1-3 PQE) based in or around Harrogate, you have the opportunity to work for a Legal 500 firm with a highly reputable reputation in North Yorkshire.
Based just a short walk from Harrogate train station this Legal 500 law firm are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join its team due to the continuous expansion of its conveyancing department.
You will be responsible for running an existing caseload of clients including: sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgaging, shared ownerships, equity release schemes and transfer of equity. Limited business development will be required within this role as business comes through referrals and repeated clients due to the high quality service they provide.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Have previous experience in all aspects of sales and purchase from instruction to completion
- 1-3 PQE
- Have experience with running your own caseload
