Tremendous opportunity for a Senior Solicitor OR Partner to join this commercially focused law firm in Greater Manchester that will provide you with the tools you need to develop any existing client base you may have and put partnership on the table!

Ideally you will have a client following or the potential of work to bring with you as this firm do encourage the development of business and be able to work closely with clients, as this is a key factor for making any senior appointments this firm.

The work covers acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant leasework, portfolio management and property development. You will be functioning as part of a close knit team and working with senior management to ensure business development continues. Ideally this practice are seeking someone with 10 Years' PQE and above. The firm offers a high quality of work in an attractive working environment and is the perfect opportunity for you to make an impact at a well-regarded law firm.

Salary level will initially be around the £40,000 mark however there will be a fee share bonus build into this, that will see you greatly increase your potential for earnings and opportunity to increase your basic salary moving forwards. Partnership can offered immediately, however ideally this firm are looking to gradually implement a strategy and slowly take on duties of the existing Partner who will be looking to retire in the coming years.
