The Role

The firm require a Childcare Solicitor to join their existing team. You will have experience in Family legal aid caseloads without supervision and either working towards or a member of the Children Panel. Advocacy experience up to final hearing and working knowledge of CCMS and links with CAFCASS and other child care agencies desirable.

Requirements:

• You will be a Childcare Solicitor with 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit to the level of experience)
• Providing legal advice to the client department at all levels
• Liaising with other parties including solicitors and experts to progress cases
• Salary dependant on experience plus excellent benefits
