The Role

This firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor 1+ PQE to join their incredibly successful operation in Bath, Somerset.

The successful candidate will be expected to advise on all areas of residential law and practice, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
The successful candidate is assumed to have had the relevant experience and should have an ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Salary is negotiable/dependent on experience though they pay above market rate for the area.
