Commercial Solicitor
6PQE+
A modern & forward thinking regional firm is now looking to grow its busy commercial team. The firm is welcoming applications from talented commercial solicitors looking to join its highly ranked Legal 500 team just south of London.
Ideally you should have around 6 years experience and the ability to work on high level matters. You will also be responsible for supervising the more junior members of the team and assisting the Partners on how work is priced and allocated.
You will be dealing with a wide range of commercial work including a variety of commercial agreements and will play an active role in business development. The commercial team is extremely well known for its technology related work and ideally applicants should have proven experience dealing with IP/IT related contracts and data protection issues.
The firm is non-traditional and offers a flexible and family friendly working environment as well as an attractive salary to secure the right candidate.
