The Role

The Firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ years, no upper limit) to join their North London office.

This role will involve working on a caseload included but not limited to: acquisitions and disposals of property, advice on development potential, options and conditional contracts, telecommunication leases, director guarantees, acquisitions for investment, lettings, landlord and Tenant Act 1954, acting for commercial investments, acting on mortgages and Remortgages, licensing applications and appeals.

The Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property (2+ years. No upper limit).
• Ability to run a busy caseload with complex matters.
• Comfortable working with HNW clients and corporate entities.
• An ambitious personality suits the environment of the firm well as they love to invest in their staff to achieve their goals.
• Experience working with multi-jurisdictional clients would be helpful.
