The Role

The firm is recruiting for a new Commercial Lawyer for their thriving Thames Valley office.

The ideal candidate will be a general commercial / technology solicitor who will have the opportunity to develop within exceptional and innovative teams.

On offer is the full spectrum of high-quality work - the team acts for the likes of Coca-Cola European Partners and Molson Coors (Carling, Doom Bar, Rekorderlig) and many others on advising on large multinational outsourcing arrangements and complex IT projects to more routine supply arrangements and distribution and agency contracts.

The Role:

• You will be an experienced Commercial Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate first-rate commercial experience, outstanding client service, the ability to take responsibility and a track record of being involved in business development initiatives.
• You will have experience in Commercial Contracts, Technology, Media & Telecoms, Intellectual Property,Financial Services, Privacy & Data, Capital Projects & Infrastructure
• Salary is market rate and negotiable based on your level of PQE
