Interventions Manager - Commercial Litigation

Your new role
They are seeking an Interventions Manager to support their Partner-led Commercial Litigation department. Primarily, you will lead a team of support staff and Paralegals, responsible for managing intervention matters. As head of the team, you will oversee all incoming matters which might be specific to any area of law (within the firm's capacity) for example immigration, property, employment and more. Once allocated, you will be required to notify all current clients of the intervened firms, ensuring that all issues and/or queries are met and produce monthly reports so excellent excel skills are essential.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have a 2:1 at degree level (or equivalent) and must have varied legal experience - either as a Paralegal position or in similar position of management - which must include a good understanding of conveyancing, litigation, legal aid systems and other practise areas. You must be in a position to independently run your own caseload, and be methodical in your approach, proving flexibility and the ability to prioritise competing demands like organising a demanding workload alongside overseeing the team's work. Importantly, you must be able to confidently advise the Paralegals of what stage a file is at and provide assistance to ensure deadlines are met.
