The role

The firm are looking for a Solicitor (2+ years PQE) specialised in Contentious Probate to join their highly ranked Dispute Resolution department.

The dispute resolution team consists of 20+ members and operates in both London and across Surrey. This role would involve working closely alongside one of the Partners who is recognised as a leader in the field of Contentious Probate. There is an exceedingly good quality of work to go into and as well as learning the technical side you will get taught to directly engage in business development.

This is an exciting role for someone looking to generate a name in the market and establish themselves as a leading player in the field.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor with experience in Contentious Probate (2+ years PQE).
• Ideally you would have achieved ACTAPS membership or will have an intention of working towards it.
• You will deal with a high quality of work and work closely alongside a Partner
• You will find excellent prospects for progression
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
