Litigation Lawyers Wanted
Venn Group is currently seeking two Litigation solicitors with recent experience working in Local Government to start a position in two renowned local authorities in Kent and London. These are temporary and ongoing positions. The line managers are willing to offer competitive hourly rates for the right candidates.
You must have had experience working in local authority acting as a Litigation Solicitor.
The day to day duties of the London based role will include, but are not limited to:

• General litigation matters including prosecutions
• Housing Disrepair
• ASBO
• Complex debt recovery
• Employment
• Judicial reviews
• Dispute resolution

The day to day duties of the Kent based role will include, but are not limited to:

• Judicial review
• Planning
• Planning decisions
• Heavy duty
• Preaction protocol
• General defences
• High Court
• Housing
• Licensing

This position would be ideal for a two committed and dedicated litigation solicitors who are looking to challenge themselves within a motivating and friendly team environment. The rates offered are competitive and a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience in Local Government. Along with this there is flexibility with the Kent based role for remote working when required.
