Job Details
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant to join a very well established and successful firm based in their Bolton office. The firm are looking for a candidate who has experience within the Conveyancing practice area and would be able to hit the ground running assisting a Senior fee earner. There are very good progression and qualification opportunities with this role.
The role will involve supporting the Senior Solicitor with a full caseload of conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion . You will assist with progressing cases from inception to completion, taking instructions on residential conveyancing files. You must have strong communication skills as you will be liaising directly with clients, taking the initial instruction, opening files etc. The successful candidate will have residential conveyancing experience, strong typing and admin skills, ideally with a knowledge of legal databases. Experience using a case management system is ideal but not essential.This firm are very well known for developing employees careers with Cilex qualifications and training contracts.
