Real Estate Solicitor - High Calibre Development Projects

An award winning highly regarded full service national practice is continuing with its expansion and so is eager to appoint an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to its Development Team to work alongside some of the best real estate lawyers in the region.

Based in the heart of the Black Country, the firm is a national practice that has a reputation for consistently delivering exceptional standards of service and for inspiring confidence on behalf of its significant number of clients. At the same time, the firm promotes a culture of meritocracy in a very stable and supportive working environment. In fact, one thing which sets this firm apart is that many of the current partners here held partner roles at national and international firms in Birmingham city centre but moved here to benefit from a lack of bureaucracy yet retain exposure to top quality work.

The Real Estate Team here is one of the largest in the region and has extensive experience in acting for large corporate and public entities, major national companies right through to SMEs and entrepreneurs and is renowned for delivering pragmatic, commercially sound advice.

As a consequence of growth, the firm is keen to recruit an additional experienced Real Estate Solicitor with anything from 3 to 6 years' PQE to work alongside some of the best commercial property lawyers in the sector and service instructions on behalf of the firms' longstanding developer clients where you will be involved in some of the most exciting and forward-thinking development projects currently in operation.

Where this firm differs from others is that you will be actively encouraged to develop you own client base from the outset which will be carried out by a combination of making you a key contact for existing clients whilst at the same time supporting you to introduce new clients to the team, meaning that you will arguably develop faster than your peers and increase your level of commercial awareness and business development capabilities.

The firm is offering a very competitive remuneration and benefits package, participation in the bonus scheme, and you will enjoy working in a grown-up environment with very little in the way of arbitrary KPI's and targets whilst also being able to take advantage of the firms' agile working programme.

This is an ideal opportunity for those who are keen to be part of a firm that offers a different way of doing things so for more information on this Commercial Property Solicitor role please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.

It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".

As a recruiter you have to network and speak to large amounts of people and lots of law firms to really understand the market and have the connections to match people with opportunity quickly when the time arises. A good recruiter needs to be Quick, Excellent and Dynamic in everything that they do. Allow the team at QED to demonstrate what they can do for your firm or your career.
