Established for over a century and Ranked in both Chambers and the Legal 500 this well known Brighton firm provide a full range of legal services to both the individual and commercial client across Sussex. A new opportunity exists within the conveyancing team for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor.

The Conveyancing team have an excellent reputation built upon decades of providing advice to the local market with specialist knowledge specific to the local market such as dealing with sales and purchases of listed properties and understanding the issues of property in conservation areas. With high levels of expertise in leasehold properties also and the more complex technical aspects of conveyancing matters. As the firm has grown their reputation they have extended their reach undertaking a significant amount of casework in both London and across The South of England and so understand both local and regional market drivers and issues.

If you are an experienced conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE you will enjoy working within an established team who have excellent working relationship with local estate agents and managing agents. You will manage your own caseload which will consist of sale and purchase transactions both freehold and leasehold, remortgages, transfers and other such property transactions.

With client satisfaction at the heart of everything they do the role will suit an individual with a proven track record of delivering excellent client outcomes in an efficient manner keeping the client informed at all stages. A individual willing to engage in business development initiatives, with a commercial outlook for further opportunities and an ability to build upon existing business relationships would be viewed as highly desirable.
