Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial

New opportunity for an experienced Legal Counsel to join a leading business in the consumer goods space. Based in South Manchester, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a move in-house and join a Legal team which plays a key role in the day to day running of the business.

Joining an already established In-House Legal team, the role will incorporate high level commercial contract drafting and negotiation, particularly in respect of technology and products. Corporate transactional work in the form of acquisitions and asset purchase, regulatory and compliance requirements including management of the relationships with multiple external bodies, GDPR, and regular project work with operational business area stakeholders.

For In-House Solicitors who have a desire to have breadth to their roles and a strategic input to the business they work in, then this is a excellent opportunity. In addition to handling the Legal work which arises, the team play a key role in influencing operational decisions and advising on future plans
