PERMANENT ROLE: Property Development Solicitor
Our client, a Legal 500 law firm is currently looking for a property development solicitor to join their residential development team based in Uxbridge. This is a permanent position to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be managing all aspects of their caseload, requiring strong decision-making capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Acting for individual developers and groups in buying and selling greenfield or brownfield land
- Experience in negotiating complex section 106 agreements
- Dealing with negotiating other additional documents such as highways and other infrastructure agreements
- Confident with all aspects of residential led development and ideally with experience of mixed use schemes and compliance with the UK Finance Mortgage Lenders' Handbook
- Experience level of 2 – 5 years PQE
