The Role

The firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join their outstanding practice in Bristol, Somerset.

The firm's Corporate team is home to over 30 fee earners, many which are recognised by Chambers.

Their focuses are on a broad range of M&As, private equity, turn around, capital markets and renewables work.

You will work for a wide variety of clients seeking to develop or equity finance renewable energy projects, ranging from small scale developers to the large infrastructure/pension funds and yieldcos.

As they operate national service lines your client base will not be limited by location and they work entirely on the basis that the best placed individual supports the client., meaning they work to your specialism giving you incredibly good exposure to the work you want to do.
