P/T Wills/Probate Solicitor

Well-established West Yorkshire law firm requires an additional Wills/Probate Solicitor on  a part time basis for its’ Leeds office.

You will join an established team of senior Solicitors, handling a caseload of the full range of wills, probate, court of protection and tax and trusts matters, with support.

They are seeking a part time Wills/Probate Solicitor to work around 25-30 hours per week, days and times can be flexible to suit the candidate. (This may suit a candidate seeking to work school hours over 5 days or condense the hours over 4 days). You will also be involved in the marketing of the department.

You will need:

• To be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 12 months experience handling own caseload  of wills/probate matters,
• STEP qualification advantageous,
• Experience of using case management systems,
• To be a team player,
• Good marketing/business development skills.

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
