The Role

This company are looking for a Plot Sales Solicitor/Legal executive to join them in their flourishing Tunbridge Wells office, working on some of the most prestigious developments in London as well as the South of England.

You will be responsible for the day to day running and timely achievement of plot sale transactions and consequential part exchange transactions for allocated Business Units. You will coordinate with the Business Unit Sales and Development/Technical teams and provide a comprehensive reporting and monitoring system for the progress and completion of plot and part exchange transactions.

Liaising with the allocated Business Unit(s), keeping them up-dated with progression on Plot, part exchange and sale on transactions and progressing transaction in order to assist the Business Units in achieving targets set for exchanges and completions.

The Requirements

• You will be an NQ-3 years PQE and ideally will be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive (Ilex)
• Comprehensive knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Must have 3 years overall experience in the conveyancing process as either a paralegal or Qualified Solicitor
• Must have Experience of Plot sales
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
• You will be a go-getter and look to integrate yourself into the company's infrastructure.
