Are you an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal who wants to develop their career through a broad range of Commercial Property transactions? If so, a leading Legal 500 Coventry firm are seeking a new member of the team to assist with Commercial Property matters.
The award winning firm boasts an internationally recognised reputation, whilst remaining conveniently situated in the West Midlands. Their Commercial Property team have many years' experience covering all types of property transactions, resulting in a wealth of knowledge and practical advice. Upon joining the team as a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will be assisting a Fee Earner with areas such as purchase and sale of commercial property, industrial or investment property, leases and town and country planning.
It is essential for the Commercial Property Paralegal to be able to demonstrate they have at least 12 months experience. Through a combination of experience and true appreciation for their staff, our client will enhance your existing skill set by exposing you to both small and multi-million pound property transactions.
