TSR Legal are currently recruiting for a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer / Trainee Solicitors / NQ's to join a leading firm in Manchester. The role:

* The successful candidate will handle a busy conveyancing caseload. * You will provide their clients with quality, tailored and support advice to assist with their specific requirements. You will be expected to ensure that all business targets relating to service, quality and productive are being met.

Your experience will include:

* Relevant qualification (law degree or appropriate paralegal qualification) or directly related work experience. * Good knowledge of property processes and procedures. * Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. * Good IT skills and knowledge of office systems and procedures and file management. * Ability to work to agreed priorities on an autonomous basis - this role will not suit a conveyancing assistant who only supports a fee earner currently. * Ability to work under pressure and to deliver to tight deadlines. * Proactive and professional approach to role and a strong team player. * Attention to detail and ability to produce work that is accurate.

Salary and package are completely negotiable depending on the level of experience and skill set demonstrated by the successful applicant.
