Clinical Negligence Solicitor - 3 years+
North East
Our client is a leading national and international practice with an excellent reputation in representing the NHS, Doctors and other medical professionals in relation to clinical negligence claims.
They are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor with at least 3 yrs experience to join their market leading team. The right candidate will ideally have had exposure to the NHS but the firm will equally consider strong defendant lawyers or claimant clinical negligence practitioners with excellent experience looking to make a change.
The role will be to carry your own caseload of defendant matters both pre-litigated and litigated. The types of cases you will deal with are wide ranging including birth injury claims, brain injury claims, GP Negligence, Diagnosis Errors, and Cosmetic Surgery claims.
