Your new role
This role involves all aspects of residential conveyancing work, carrying a live caseload of circa 120 files, and comprising all transaction types, including freehold, leasehold, newbuild, unregistered, shared ownership, right to buy and help to buy. As Senior Conveyancing Solicitor you will mentor and supervise junior members of the team, this will include signing off junior Conveyancers' files prior to exchange of contracts.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will either be a qualified Conveyancer or a Conveyancing Solicitor, ideally with at least 3 years experience.
