Private Client PSL

LAW Absolute is currently working on behalf of a leading top 100 City firm.  Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Professional Support Lawyer to join their highly regarded Private Client team on a fixed term contract for 12-16 months to start from the end of November.

You will be responsible for the collation and dissemination of know-how to the Private Client Department with the preparation and circulation of technical notes for the internal purposes. You will also conduct internal training and facilitate external training.

You will further be responsible for managing the team’s Knowhow budget efficiently and have strong experience of Tax and Trusts matters, both UK and offshore. The role will also involve:

• Awareness of technical developments
• Organising and circulating information
• Writing and presenting on technical matters

Previous experience practicing in a private client department, working on a broad range of private client matters to include ; tax and trusts, both domestic and offshore is essential. Previous PSL experience is highly desirable, but candidates without PSL experience, and with a breadth of private client experience are also welcome to apply.
