We are working with one of the leading commercial firms in the South West Wales on the recruitment of a senior commercial property solicitor / Practice Head for their Swansea office. They need someone with 5 years + PQE to come in senior level and help develop and manage the team further. They are well ranked by the Legal 500, and their commercial property department is one of their largest teams.

The Role:
 

• Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner working within a highly reputable commercial property department.
• Responsibility for running a high value caseload
• Good support from a strong partnership team with many years experience
• Varied and interesting caseload
• Responsibility for the development of the junior solicitors

Candidate Profile:
 

• Strong commercial property experience working in a renowned commercial property department
• 5 year Plus PQE commercial property associate / partner

• Ability to work on complex and high value transactions
