Job Details

Our client is looking for a Licensed Conveyancer or an SRA regulated Solicitor. The successful candidate will have over 5 years' experience working in residential conveyancing and be capable of dealing with all matters from initial instruction through to completion. The Candidates need to ideally have The Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and the Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and completed the CLC Qualification.

Based in Burnley this position would involve working in-house for a Property Management Group of companies. You will be coming into a company which has grown quickly and will continue to grow over the next 12 -18 months. This is an opportunity to lead a department and progress and develop your career.
