The Role

The firm require a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join the Commercial team in their Birmingham office to work alongside the Litigation, Commercial Property, Employment and Commercial department. The firm have a clear understanding that a happy employee is a productive employee and offer agile working and social events that engage their employees with members of staff at all levels. This is the perfect opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to be involved in high level work without sacrificing your quality of life outside work.

This can be realistically achieved due to the firms fantastic business support teams. They will provide you with all of the assistance that you wouldn't necessarily get at a larger firm. They have strong accounts, marketing, HR , IT and compliance staff. You will be given full training and will have access to up to date online services and sophisticated IT systems.

The Requirements

• Corporate Commercial Solicitors with at least four years of post qualification experience
• Ability to demonstrate that can work independently and handle their own busy caseload.
• A strong commercial awareness as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor and a clear communication skills and an analytic approach to work is required.
