Salary: Competitive upto £45,000
Senior Residential Conveyancer - Leicester
A well established firm with an existing base in Loughbrough have expanded and opened a new office in Leicester. Due to this expansion, they are actively looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their team based in Leicester.
The successful applicant would be working closely alongside the head of department, and will possess the desire to play an active role in business development through networking and marketing in order to help secure a foothold in this new market.
Candidates with over 2 years in Residential Conveyancing, knowledge of the conveyancing market in Leicester and a proven track record of developing new business are encouraged to apply.
Experienced candidates would benefit from support of the head of department, but will be largely autonomous. Within the role you will deal with the broad spectrum of residential property work including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity and should be able to demonstrate astute technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure. You should have demonstrable experience of managing your caseload with the minimum of supervision from the commencement of the transaction to the end
