The Role

The department, operating across all of the firms prestigious offices deal with a variety of disputes for both businesses and individuals in various specialisms including matters relating to banking and finance litigation, inheritance disputes, property litigation and construction, business disputes, contentious probate, as well as professional negligence, and insolvency.

This a fantastic opportunity to develop your skill set in areas that you may not have dealt with in the past. The room to grown and develop your skill set is immense and you will be working alongside leading industry specialists to ensure you are able to work at the very highest level.

The team in Leicester is made up of three experienced Partners and two Solicitors. They require a Dispute Resoluction Solicitor with knowledge of commercial litigation experience to help their team grow. There is real opportunity for progression here and because the Leicester office is fairly new, there is real scope to develop fast.

You will work closely with a highly regarded and prominent Partner, running your own caseload and be playing an active role in business development and attending networking and marketing events. The firm are well known within the East Midlands legal community and often put on events to manage their existing client base and bring in new clients to the firm. They have a huge amount of work coming into the firm just based on their excellent reputation in the region.
