Job Details
An established firm with a presence across Essex and London are keen to hire a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor into their highly-regarded property team based in Chigwell.
The firm are looking for an ambitious, Residential Property Solicitor who has a minimum of two years experience handling their own caseload of sales, purchases, mortgages and remortgages, buy to let, and transfers of ownership, from inception to completion. As the firm provides a bespoke, conveyancing service which focuses on expertise rather than the volume, the successful candidate will be commercially viable with a client orientated attitude.
The firm have modern offices and can offer excellent scope for progression for the right individuals.
Although the firm has well-built client relationships, staff are encouraged to take part in business development and marketing, so the successful candidate must be commercially viable and possess good relationship building skills.
