Job Details
Our highly regarded client is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy team in Newcastle. This is the perfect opening for a strong and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a vibrant Conveyancing department. Â
You will be taking up a pivotal role within the team and also be at hand to advise team members if a complex matter should arise. Our client is currently in a period of growth and expansion and as such, great opportunities to progress and develop your career are currently at the firm. Â

In your role you will hit the ground running with your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing work from inception to completion. Your work will cover the full spectrum of Residential Conveyancing work, including sale and purchase and remortgage work. Naturally, you will be required to update clients on their matters. You will meet clients in person as well as discussing matters over the phone. Â
The successful candidate should ideally be 1 year PQE or more with excellent communication skills which will be needed in this role both to update clients and also advise Solicitors within the team from time to time. However, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.Â
