A rapidly expanding law firm based in Newcastle is looking to increase the size of its team with an additional RTA Fee Earner. You will be joining the busy RTA fraud team in their Newcastle office. This is a truly standout firm that is going from strength to strength, with offices throughout the North of England and a headcount that now rises over 220. 

You will be either an experienced claims handler, legal executive, paralegal or solicitor in order to meet the demands of this role. For this role you will be NQ to five years' experience in investigating fraudulent motor claims, and be comfortable in managing your own caseload within a target driven environment. It is also essential that you posses excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good IT skills.
 
As an RTA fee earner you will be an integral member of their Part 7 Fraud Team, where you will be dealing with Investigating alleged fraudulent cases, LVI RTA Personal Injury and vehicle damage related matters. You will be handling your own caseload of fraud and personal injury matters, whilst liaising with external third parties such as hire companies, medical agencies and insurance brokers.

You will need to be driven, calm under pressure and have the ability to handle multiple cases at any one time.
