Residential Conveyancer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join the expanding Cheltenham office of this highly regarded multi-site firm.

The successful applicant will have strong technical residential conveyancing skills, excellent client care and a collaborative, team-based approach to working.

The role would suit a conveyancer who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is able to develop and maintain strong relationships with estate agents. You will ideally have gained recent experience with a local firm and therefore have existing relationships with local estate agents, however this is not a pre-requisite.

It is envisaged that this role would suit an enthusiastic residential conveyancer who could be either a Solicitor, FILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal with at least three years' experience, however applications from more junior candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

You will be professional, friendly and have a reassuring approach to clients, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work.

In return, you will enjoy excellent working conditions, a competitive salary and free on-site parking (including evenings and weekends) and will be based in the centre of this gorgeous city.

For further information or an initial conversation in strict confidence, please contact Tracy Harris at QED Legal on 0121 4690506.

In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
