Job Details
Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking to join a national, full-service law firm? Do you have the skills and experience required to help grow a department and bring in new clients? If so this may be the role for you! Ultimately this role would suit an individual looking to progress to Director/Partner level.
Our client, a well-respected local firm with some highly attractive and national work, seeks a specialist Private Client Solicitor to join the Sheffield office and help with the expansion and progression of the department.
The role will see the successful candidate handling a mixed Private Client caseload, consisting of wills, trusts, probate, tax planning, estate administration, COP, LPAs and other issues. The firm has a full mix of clients from local clients to those from further afield.
Our client also engages in business with some high net-worth individuals and would ideally like to increase this client base and as such the successful individual will have the chance to business develop and drive forward with these clients.
This will effectively be a standalone role, therefore the firm needs someone with around 5+ years' experience within the sector, however this is by no means set and the firm are willing to consider those who may fall outside this bracket but have the necessary experience.
The candidate will have support of the secretary within the department to help manage the day to day workload and enabling the person to fully focus on fee earning responsibilities.
