Job Details
Legal Counsel contract job working in the London office of a global financial services company. Part Time.
Your new company
This global financial services company requires a qualified legal counsel to support the UK business on a part time basis.
Your new role
Supporting the European General Counsel you will have overall responsibility for a range of commercial matters including; commercial contracts, NDAs, Data Privacy and other ad hoc legal duties. You will be acting as the initial point of contact for a range of departments across the London office but commercial documents will make up the majority of work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a demonstrable background of working within a large, complex financial services organisation as well as exceptional commercial documentation experience. You will be a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. This role would suit someone that works effectively autonomously yet operates well in a wider team.
