Job Details
If you are a newly qualified clinical negligence solicitor looking to join a niche, progressive and well established law firm based in York, or you are an experience clinical negligence solicitor looking for a role that can offer you more responsibilities than your current job, then this may be the role for you.
You will be joining a successful and hard working team in an open plan office, where continuous support and encouragement results in a friendly and sociable working environment.
The role:
- Be responsible for supporting and supervising more junior members of the team (for the more experienced solicitor)
- You will be responsible for running your own caseload of clinical negligence claims
- You will see each claim from the initial instruction to settlement
- NQ -5 years' PQE
- Proven experience in managing your own clinical negligence caseload (for the more experienced solicitor)
- If you are a NQ solicitor you must have completed a seat within clinical negligence
- Excellent communication skills, a professional approach with clients and the ability to work within a team is essential.
