It is a full-service law firm with a focus on major sectors including: chemicals and manufacturing; energy and natural resources; financial institutions; insurance; private wealth; real estate; retail and consumer goods; and transport and infrastructure.

They are seeking a Commercial Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their busy team working from their office in Bristol, Somerset.

The Role

There are a few positions available.

You will have 3+ years experience in all, or any of the following;
- commercial contracts, IT services agreements, software licensing, cloud outsourcing arrangements, internet and ecommerce issues and/or data protection.

The firm are very much looking to use YOUR specialisms.

You will be

• A Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years previous qualified experience
• Experienced in ANY (or all) of the following: commercial contracts, IT services agreements, software licensing, cloud outsourcing arrangements, internet and ecommerce issues and/or data protection.
