Residential Conveyancer

A very reputable and growing Legal 500 are seeking an experienced domestic conveyancing lawyer to join one of their offices in Essex.

Due to continued growth within their property team; there is a fantastic opportunity to join a private practice with a reputation of offering the very highest level of service to its business and private clients in all aspects of law.

The firm continue to grow in all areas of property and the existing team has built up a very busy caseload of residential conveyancing files. The firm employs a number of property fee earners across their offices and you will be working closely with other members of the department and will be seen as an integral part of the firm's future. The role will see managing your own caseload using a case management system and you will be involved in ensuring the department stays on existing panels and has the opportunity to try and develop further lenders. This is a very busy and dynamic office with a really friendly team

The ideal candidate will be working with in a similar style role and will be able to manage their own conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision. It is expected that the role would suit a 3+ PQE lawyer although applications are welcome from all levels of qualification.

The role will be considered on both a full time and part time basis.
