Commercial Property Locum - Long Term Contract - Potential for Permanent
Our client, a very well regarded firm based in Brighton, East Sussex, is currently looking to secure a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor on a long term basis whilst they look to recruit permanently.
The firm are happy to consider candidates wanting to work either on a fixed term contract or an hourly rate. Further to this, they would welcome any candidates who would like to start on an interim basis, and should all things go well, move into a permanent post with them.
Given some uncertainty in the market at present, this is a great opportunity, offering a level of security given the length of assignment for an experienced Locum.
The role will involve taking on your own caseload of real estate matters covering the full sale and purchase of business premises and dealing with leases.
