The Role

The firm are looking for a Corporate Paralegal for their London office.

The Corporate team is highly ranked in the Chambers USA and UK. The work they deal with includes complex corporate transactions, private equity, debt and equity finance, across clients who comprise some of the largest and wealthiest in the world. These include multinational companies and corporations across virtually every industry and service sector, as well as significant financial institutions.

You will have a hands on role and extremely valuable exposure that comes from working in a smaller office. You will rub shoulders with Partners and Solicitors who are widely recognised as some of the best in the UK. You will have a client facing and international role.
